1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to ColorPageLab ("we," "us," or "our"), a service operated by Miartmedia LTD. By accessing or using colorpagelab.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Miartmedia LTD. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between us.

2. What ColorPageLab Is

ColorPageLab is a website that provides free, printable coloring pages. You can browse a gallery of designs, download them as PDF or PNG files, and print them directly from your browser. No account or registration is required to use any of these core features.

The Service also includes an optional voluntary support payment to help fund ongoing operations, and a blog containing guides, tips, and product recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, you may:

  • Browse, download, and print coloring pages for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Use coloring pages in educational settings such as classrooms, homeschooling, and tutoring, at no charge.
  • Share links to pages or categories on the Service via social media or messaging.

All other uses require our prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute any coloring page, derivative work, or any content from the Service without our prior written permission.
  • Use automated tools — bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or scripts — to mass-download, index, or systematically copy content from the Service without express written authorisation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, including the administration panel, API endpoints, database, or server infrastructure.
  • Upload, transmit, or inject malicious code, viruses, exploits, or any harmful or disruptive content into or through the Service.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, watermark, or attribution on downloaded files.
  • Use any coloring page, artwork, or other content from the Service to train, fine-tune, or build datasets for artificial intelligence or machine learning models without a separate written licence from Miartmedia LTD.
  • Reproduce, mirror, frame, or republish substantial portions of the Service or its content on any other website or platform without our written permission.
  • Impersonate Miartmedia LTD, its employees, or any other person or entity in connection with the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Service's infrastructure, or that interferes with the operation of the Service for other users.

6. Operational Telemetry and Service Interactions

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your interactions with it — including page views, downloads, prints, and other actions — are logged for the purposes of security monitoring, abuse detection, rate-limit enforcement, performance optimisation, and analytics. This operational telemetry is described in detail in our Privacy Policy (Section 3). We reserve the right to use this data to detect and prevent misuse of the Service.

7. Rate Limiting and Traffic Management

We reserve the right to throttle, rate-limit, or block requests from any IP address, user agent, or source that:

  • Exceeds reasonable usage thresholds for automated or scripted access;
  • Is identified as engaging in abusive, malicious, or disruptive behaviour;
  • Is making requests at a volume inconsistent with normal human browsing; or
  • Is otherwise placing unreasonable load on the Service's infrastructure.

Such measures may be applied automatically or manually at our discretion, without prior notice. Legitimate use of the Service will not be affected by these measures under normal circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including coloring page artwork, site design, code, copy, and branding — is owned by Miartmedia LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, design rights, trademark law, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Many coloring pages are created using AI image generation tools (OpenAI). Miartmedia LTD asserts ownership over the selection, curation, arrangement, and presentation of this content to the extent permitted by applicable law.

"ColorPageLab" and associated branding are trademarks of Miartmedia LTD. Do not use them without prior written permission.

Downloading a coloring page does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. The licence granted in Section 4 is the full extent of your rights to use our content. No implied licence is granted beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Voluntary Support Payments

The Service offers an optional one-time voluntary support payment processed through Stripe. This is a contribution to help keep the Service free and operational — it is not a purchase of a product or service, and no specific deliverable or entitlement is provided in return.

All support payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a payment, you acknowledge this is a voluntary contribution.

Miartmedia LTD does not store your card number, CVV, or billing details. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

If your jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protection law grants refund rights that cannot be contractually waived, those rights are not affected by these Terms. Contact [email protected] with any payment concerns.

10. Affiliate Links and Sponsored Content

10.1 Amazon Associates Disclosure

Some blog posts and articles on the Service contain affiliate links. ColorPageLab is a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme operated by Amazon.com Services LLC designed to provide a means for sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

This means that if you click an affiliate link on the Service and subsequently make a purchase on Amazon within the applicable attribution window, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.

10.2 Editorial Independence

Our participation in affiliate programmes does not influence our editorial content, product recommendations, or reviews. We only recommend products we consider genuinely useful and relevant to our audience. Affiliate relationships are never a condition of a positive mention.

10.3 Identification of Affiliate Links

Affiliate links within blog content are disclosed at the top of any article that contains them. The presence of this disclosure at the article level satisfies our obligation to identify affiliate content clearly.

10.4 No Guarantee of Availability or Price

We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, accuracy of product descriptions, or any other aspect of products listed on Amazon or any other third-party retailer. Prices and availability may change between the time an article is published and the time you click a link.

10.5 Third-Party Terms

By clicking an affiliate link, you leave the Service and are subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the destination site (e.g., Amazon). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party sites.

11. Social Sharing

The Service includes sharing buttons for Pinterest, Facebook, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp. Clicking these opens a link on those platforms in a new tab or window. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

The Service loads a Pinterest script (pinit.js) on all public pages to enable the "Pin It" functionality. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this script may collect data.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers to function. These include Stripe (payments), ImageKit (image hosting and delivery), OpenAI (AI content generation — admin use only), Google Analytics 4 (usage analytics), Neon (database hosting), DigitalOcean (cloud infrastructure), and Amazon Associates (affiliate programme). Your interactions with these services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services.

13. Availability and Service Changes

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Service as a whole at any time, with or without notice;
  • Change the content library, remove pages, or restrict access to certain features at our sole discretion; and
  • Update these Terms at any time (see Section 19).

We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes where practicable, but are not obligated to do so.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE;
  • THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
  • ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; OR
  • THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Any content downloaded or obtained through the Service is obtained at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device, system, or data resulting from downloading or using any such content.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIARTMEDIA LTD AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL;
  • COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR
  • ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE

ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) £50 GBP.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miartmedia LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or access to the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or
  • Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, or at our sole discretion. Sections 8, 14, 15, 16, and 21 survive any termination.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Miartmedia LTD with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and agreements, whether written or oral.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For users who are consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and are not affected by this clause.

Before raising any formal dispute or legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of receiving written notice of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

22. Waiver

No waiver by Miartmedia LTD of any breach of these Terms shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. Failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
